BORROWING RIGHTS 4 toys (this may include 1 ‘green spot’ toy and 1 game, puzzle or book) per fortnight at $0.50 per non-green spot toy and $1.00 per green spot toy. A borrowing requirement is that toys must be returned on time and be cleaned prior to being returned. Toys can be reserved at a cost of $1.00 per toy.	GREEN SPOT TOYS These are very popular toys and are identified by a green spot sticker. Only 1 toy per fortnight is allowed. Green spot toys are $1.00 per borrowing
